Why is commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning necessary?

Regular hood cleaning is essential for fire prevention by removing accumulated grease, improving ventilation efficiency, and ensuring your establishment meets local health and fire safety compliance standards.

Are your technicians certified and experienced?

Yes, our technicians are industry-trained and certified, possessing the skills and expertise to deliver world-class cleaning, remediation, and maintenance practices.

How does your filter exchange service work?

We offer a convenient drop off and pick up filter exchange service. You simply drop off your greasy, used filters, and you can immediately choose from our variety of new, shiny stainless steel replacement filters for purchase.

Why should I exchange my filters regularly?

Regularly exchanging dirty filters for clean ones maximizes airflow, reduces the strain on your exhaust fan, and significantly lowers the fire hazard caused by grease accumulation in your hood system.

Can you help us develop a cleaning schedule?

Absolutely. We will develop customized cleaning and maintenance schedules for your ducting, exhaust systems, filters, and air handling units to ensure optimal performance and continuous compliance.

Are your cleaning solutions eco-friendly?

Yes, we are committed to using advanced techniques and eco-friendly solutions where possible, combining thorough cleaning with environmental responsibility.

When the work is carried out, will there be a mess?
No, we have HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filtered vacuum machines that are certified 99.97% efficient at 0.3 microns and negative air extraction systems to remove loose particles during mechanical cleaning. Therefore all contaminants removed from the ducts are trapped and disposed of. Additional attention is paid in occupied areas with furniture and workstations covered in plastic sheets.
What are the potential health risks of mould?
Inhaling mould spores and particles or touching mould patches may cause allergic reactions to mould-sensitised individuals. Symptoms other than allergic and irritant types are not common. There is no threshold for the health effects of mould, but it is advisable to remove all visible mould growth and apply remediation measures irrespective of the extent of mould growth.

By definition Mould is a fungi with a mycelial (filamentous) type of growth. While they are present in outdoor air they are of a greater concern in indoor environments with the potential to affect human health. Mould needs 4 items to grow – Moisture, a suitable Temperature range, Nutrients and Spores. The spores occur naturally in the ambient air. The other 3 items are all present in a HVAC system.
